The COVID-19 pandemic had a profound effect on our society, changing both the workplace and educational landscapes. This study aims to evaluate ICT readiness of university graduates. It examines usefulness accessibility existing technology infrastructure found in institutions Bangladesh. In this study, mixed-method inductive approach has been employed. utilized surveys in-depth interviews collect data from participants. study's total sample size is 500. Abstract This study explores the digital disparities in Myanmar, particularly Education Sector, and challenges country faces achieving sustainable digitalization. Employing both quantitative qualitative research methods, including surveys interviews, researchers collected data from online learner students across various regions Myanmar to assess skills gap access education. The findings reveal significant divides exacerbated by 2021 political crisis, with issues such as unstable internet access, frequent power outages, financial constraints impeding progress. Digital equity, grounded in principles of equity and the ethics care, is essential for ensuring quality higher education. It facilitates access, supports sustainability, promotes inclusive education by addressing technological dimensions This study explores relationship between digital sustainability A total 167 students enrolled initial teacher programs at University Primorska, Faculty Education, completed a questionnaire featuring Equity Higher Education Scale Sustainability Scale. To achieve this study’s objectives, principal factor analysis was conducted to validate scales, multiple linear regression employed develop predictive model. The integration of technology into university libraries is critical for enhancing service delivery, supporting academic excellence, and ensuring relevance in a rapidly advancing digital era. However, organizational resistance remains significant barrier to effective adoption, particularly the context Bangladesh.
