Aim/Purpose: This study investigates the drivers of user satisfaction in e-government services and its influence on continued use intention citizen trust government. Purpose Using conservation of resources (COR) theory, this study examines the association between leader knowledge-sharing behavior (LKSB) and employee innovative work (IWB) with mediating role efficiency moderating learning goal orientation. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 314 employees their supervisors working in banking industry Pakistan. Findings A multilevel analysis revealed that LKSB was positively related to employees’ IWB through increased efficiency. The direct indirect associations significant when orientation high.
