Purpose of the study: This research introduces a new approach to actualizing Barzanji cultural values in Islamic education, namely integrating tradition reading poetry and stories about Prophet Muhammad SAW with doctrine faith apostles. aims explore how islamic are realized barzanji tradition. Development of nursing leadership is necessary to ensure that nurse leaders the future are well-equipped tackle challenges a burdened healthcare system. In this context, Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare Leadership program was delivered 121 participants from 5 organizations in Canada 2021 2022. To date, no study used qualitative approach explore leaders' perceptions three months post training. describe impact Qualitative descriptive design with individual semi-structured interviews. A convenient sample (n = 20) who had participated were recruited for an interview The data generated by interviews analyzed using method thematic content analysis. Background: The strategic response of nurses in addressing health inequities marginal sectors led to the conduct a leadership governance training program for local chief executives. Objective: This study aimed explore and provide description experiences executives (LCEs) or mayors who participated nurse-initiated named Municipal Leadership Governance Program (MLGP). Methods: A qualitative descriptive design was used through key informant interviews fifteen (LCE) provinces Bohol Negros Oriental, Philippines. Data were collected from 16 20 November 2022 analyzed using thematic approach. Results: findings generated six themes: a) capacitation promoting transformative experience, b) Pandemic program-induced limitations implementation, c) Personal motivation, d) Experiential learning as applied real-world situations, e) Celebrating transformation, f) 3R’s MLGP: revisit, review, recommend. Conclusion: realizations participants provided valuable implications quality offered by nurse leaders advocated MLGP implementation. Abstract Background Leadership in nursing is crucial for delivering high-quality healthcare and ensuring positive outcomes patients, staff, institutions. Many nurses leadership positions lack formal training, which can compromise their effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the effect of a development program utilizing 360-degree feedback on head nurses’ practices. Methods A true-experimental design was employed three The involved 80 (40 intervention, 40 control), 240 staff nurses, 29 supervisors. intervention group participated six-week using feedback. Data were collected pre- post-intervention Development 360-Degree Feedback Knowledge Questionnaire Practices Inventory (LPI). Results showed significant improvements knowledge practices across all dimensions. scores increased from 25.1 ± 8.8 93.0 5.1 post-intervention, maintaining at 83.2 7.1 follow-up. Self-assessed improved 88.1 6.0 97.5 2.7, 98.5 2.0 Supervisor assessments also substantial increases. Multiple linear regression analyses confirmed strong impact outcomes. Conclusion significantly enhanced results suggest that such programs improve capabilities settings, leading better patient care organizational performance. Future research should address homogeneity explore long-term impacts
