Introduction. Stress, anxiety and depression are emerging symptoms in university students; therefore,in order to control them it is vital identify programs based on evidence, at low cost, feasible of being implemented replicated natural contexts such as universities. Objective. To evaluate the effect an introductory workshop practice mindfulness for reduction stress, students from city Yhú 2022 academic year. Materials methods. Quasi-experimental study which 20 participated workshops eight weeks. With the popularity of mobile socialization, people have become more closely connected with their phones. While enjoy convenience that phones bring (e.g., accessing information and socializing), they also feel anxious about missing out on certain information. Previous researches shown fear (FoMO) can trigger depressive symptoms, however, underlying psychological mechanisms are not yet clear. In addition, limited research has explored this issue in context social media.To address gap, we surveyed 486 Chinese college students (278 males 208 females, mean age = 19.95 years, SD 1.14) all participants completed a self-report questionnaire including media-related FoMO scale, phubbing exclusion patient health questionnaire-9. The data were analyzed by SPSS24.0 Process macro developed mediating moderating model incorporating exclusion.The results showed (1) (MSM-related FoMO) significantly positively predict symptoms among students; (2) partially mediates relationship between MSM-related symptoms; (3) direct predictive effect is moderated exclusion.These findings only valuable for understanding linking but contribute to development intervention programs interventions based or phubbing) aiming at reducing students' symptoms.

The COVID-19 pandemic seriously impacted people's lifestyles, leading to changes in physical activity, sleep and mental health. This study aimed assess the recovery of these indicators Chinese university students post-COVID-19 pandemic, explore association between lifestyle psychological problems. Abstract This study explores the factors influencing university students’ social entrepreneurial intentions based on values-beliefs-norms theory. Data were collected from 769 Chinese students through online surveys. The hypotheses tested using partial least squares-structural equation modeling. results confirmed positive influence of altruistic and traditional values normative beliefs. Abstract Promoting Party building and Civic-Concern Management in colleges universities is of great significance to the implementation fundamental task establishing morality, firming students’ ideals, constructing a good school spirit learning style. This paper takes integration development party ideological political management as starting point, screens demand element indicators, explores demographic differences by using one-way ANOVA after conducting questionnaire survey. Then Kano model Better-Worse satisfaction index are used analyze indicators for universities. Finally, practical optimization path proposed based on three dimensions obtained essential attribute elements, desired charismatic elements. The specific results follows: evaluation mechanism Civic varies across genders, academic qualifications, majors (p<0.05), coefficient linkage between activities teaching courses highest (0.7706), while dissatisfaction incentive methods (0.9751). civic can be optimized strengthening top-level design, improving team construction mechanisms, guiding external assistance.
