Remote work has been of interest to managers since the implementation new information and communication technologies (ICTs). During initial period, it was treated as an employee’s privilege or even a luxury such not popular practice. The COVID-19 pandemic intervening period have changed attitudes toward remote work, became necessity for many organisations. However, in connection with its use, new, previously unknown problems arisen, as: organisation supervision monitoring performance, employee support. present research conducted using standardised questionnaire computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) method May–June 2021 on population 248 enterprises, divided into micro, small, medium-sized large entities. data were collected during which, one hand, provided exceptional opportunity fill theoretical gaps that existing this field; however, other could be burdened certain flaws due context pandemic.
