Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a clinicopathological syndrome characterized by abnormalities in hepatic fat deposition, the incidence of which has been increasing year recent years. Modern medicine lacks targeted clinical treatment protocols for NAFLD, most drugs lack efficacy have high side effects. Abstract Background Fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome (FLHS) becomes one of the most major factors resulting in laying hen death for caged egg production. This study aimed to investigate therapeutic effects Lactiplantibacillus plantarum ( Lp. ) FRT4 on FLHS model with a focus lipid metabolism, and gut microbiota. Results The hens was established by feeding high-energy low-protein (HELP) diet, treatment groups were fed HELP diet supplemented differential proportions FRT4. results indicated that increased rate, reduced accumulation regulating metabolism (lipid synthesis transport) improving microbiota composition. Moreover, regulated glycerophospholipid metabolism. Meanwhile, “gut-liver” axis analysis showed there correlation between metabolites. Conclusions improved performance alleviated diet-induced through axis. Our findings reveal could be underlying mechanism anti-FLHS effect future use as an excellent additive prevention mitigation hens.

Background Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common chronic disease, characterized by hepatic lipid accumulation. The Fufangduzhong formula (FFDZ) traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation composed of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. , Leonurus artemisia (Lour.) S. Y. Hu, Prunella vulgaris Linn Uncariarhynchophylla (Miq.) Miq. ex Havil., and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The traditional prescription of Liangxue-Qushi-Zhiyang decoction (LQZ) has been demonstrated to be efficacious in treating atopic dermatitis (AD), a chronic inflammatory skin disorder marked by intense itching, redness, rashes, and thickening. Nevertheless, there an inadequate systematic exploration the potential targets, biological processes, pathways for AD treatment through LQZ. study objective was evaluate efficacy possible mechanism LQZ mice. In our study, we identified primary compounds LQZ, analyzed hub constructed network. Subsequently, predicted mechanisms were experimentally studied validated vivo, as determined network pharmacological analysis. A total 80 serum components ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS), among which 49 absorbed into bloodstream. Our results indicated that targets six putative key factors MAPK signaling pathway, play essential roles AD, namely, EGFR, p-MAPK1/3, p-MAPK14, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α. This study aimed to investigate the potential of electroacupuncture as an intervention for inducing 'Awakening and Opening Brain' in rats with stroke models induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion (MCAO/R). The efficacy alleviating ischemic injury was evaluated using Longa scores, triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining, hematoxylin eosin staining.
