aspects.
A
thorough
understanding
mechanisms
needed
to
prevent
treat
morbidities.
While
contribution
organs
such
as
liver,
muscle,
adipose
tissue,
pancreas
regulation
has
received
wide
attention,
less
known
about
interplay
system.
Here,
we
highlight
systems
regulating
beyond
classic
hypothalamic
endocrine
signaling
models
discuss
rhythms,
higher
brain
regions,
sociodemographic
variables
equation.
We
infer
that
interdisciplinary
approaches
are
key
conceptually
advancing
current
research
frontier
devising
innovative
therapies
