The Chinese manufacturing industry faces many challenges to sustainable development. This study examines how transformational leadership, corporate culture, and digital transformation affect organizations’ sustainability. It will also examine the moderating role of environmental dynamism mediating effect innovation capabilities. In the digital economy era, pathways of transformation and intelligent development have emerged as crucial avenues for enterprises' high-quality development. Focusing on listed private enterprises from 2011 to 2020, this study uses text mining extract keywords related transformation, disclosed in annual reports. We construct a index empirically examine its impact enterprise innovation incentive policies' synergistic effects. The results demonstrate that significantly promotes enterprises, with more pronounced catalytic effect economically developed regions characterised by higher levels larger enterprises. This study leveraged the social exchange theory to explore influence of knowledge management cycle on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational culture within Ghana Highway Authority (GHA).
