Abstract
Ferroptosis,
an
iron‐dependent
cell
death
characterized
by
lethal
lipid
peroxidation,
is
involved
in
chronic
obstructive
pulmonary
disease
(COPD)
pathogenesis.
Therefore,
ferroptosis
inhibition
represents
attractive
strategy
for
COPD
therapy.

we
