Metabolic
syndrome
(MS)
is
a
serious
health
problem

study
was
to
investigate
protective
effects
resveratrol
against
metabolic
alterations
high-fat
high-fructose
diet
(HFFD).

rats
were
randomly
divided
into
four
equal
groups:

(Res),
and
treated
(MS
+
Res).
Resveratrol

orally
at
dose

mg/kg·bw,
daily.

proposed
as

human
health
across

morbidities,

there
is
currently
no
conclusive
clinical
evidence
advocate

recommendation
in
any
healthcare
setting.
A

cohort
with
high-quality
data
and
clearly
defined
biomarkers
or
endpoints
are
required

meaningful
conclusions.
This
systematic
review
compiles
every
trial
conducted
using
a
dose
of
resveratrol
purified
form
morbidities
highlight
the
current
‘state-of-play’
knowledge
gaps,
informing
future
designs
facilitate
realisation
resveratrol’s
potential
benefits
health.

(GBM)
is
an

astrocyte-derived
tumor

Conventional

have

chemotherapeutic
resistance
continue
to
pose
clinical
challenges.

by
