Since Facebook officially changed its name to Meta in Oct. 2021, the metaverse has become a new norm of social networks and three-dimensional (3D) virtual worlds. The aims bring 3D immersive personalized experiences users by leveraging many pertinent technologies. Despite great attention benefits, natural question is how secure users' digital content data. In this regard, blockchain promising solution owing distinct features decentralization, immutability, transparency. The COVID-19 pandemic forced organizations across all sectors and sizes to undertake crucial changes in order remain productive during the emergency. Among these, shift towards remote working arrangements is still present our workplaces, impacting employees’ well-being productivity. This systematic review aims describe pandemic’s consequences on work organization by analyzing whether how or home-working impacted productivity, performance, well-being. Background: COVID-19 accelerated the adoption of remote working in which employers’ obligations for employees’ health and well-being extended into home. Abstract General self-efficacy (GSE) and life satisfaction (LS) are crucial to overall well-being, especially for young adults, whom future envisioning employment concerns significantly impact their vocational paths. Given the limited research on how work self (FWS) career anxiety (CA) function as mediators in this relationship, study examines connections between GSE, FWS, CA, LS. The sample consists of 532 undergraduate students from Türkiye. Using structural equation modeling, results show that LS related, with relationship GSE being sequentially mediated by FWS CA.

Most of our knowledge the benefits and costs telework are based on self-selected workers who have worked remotely part-time. Full-time, pandemic-induced mass may present that differ from what was understood in prior context. Informed by conservation resources (COR) theory, this study examines effect remote working work alienation public sector with two Canadian surveys: a panel teleworking servants ( n = 605), representative sample Canadians private sectors 1001). Teleworkers fit “conscientious” personality profile were less alienated their new teleworker status, contrast “extroverts” more than before pandemic. We then examine types organizational adaptations lower alienation, find autonomy, avoiding micromanagement promoting communication among employees is most promising.

Background: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, since March 2020, Italian population was forced into lockdown to prevent spread virus. The restrictive measures imposed many organizations and workers work through online platforms no longer in-person. Smart working, enjoyed by some for its flexibility, affected several professional categories. purpose this study investigate whether there are differences in psychological variables related four groups categories (practitioners, managers, executive employees, teachers), particularly teachers group. Methods: A total sample 628 individuals recruited random probability across Italy.
