Nanozyme-assisted alkaline phosphatase (ALP) assay is a commonly used detection technique. However, this type of sensor faces several challenges, including "signal-off" model, dependence on oxidase mimics, and the need for spectrometers. In study, by optimizing stabilizers, we obtain chitosan-coated platinum–ruthenium nanoparticles (CS-Pt/Ru NPs) first time, which have superior peroxidase (POD) mimic activity. CS-Pt/Ru nanozymes can catalyze phenol oxidation in presence 4-aminoantipyrine hydrogen peroxide to produce an enhanced red color, while be obtained ALP-mediated hydrolysis. Thus, ALP activity quantified absorbance "signal-on" model. This approach demonstrates remarkably low limit (0.01 U·L–1) wide linear range (0.03–10 U·L–1). addition, combine with hydrogel form CS-Pt/Ru@Gel sensor, enables visual using smartphone. It detect as 0.1 U·L–1, 0.15–10 U·L–1. Finally, both Pt/Ru NPs Pt/Ru@Gel are successfully employed clinical blood samples. Herein, an aptamer-luminol modified magnetic graphene oxide and copper-based MOF composite was prepared used to build a novel target-triggered "turn on" chemiluminescence (CL) sensor for alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) detection. Magnetic (MGO) functionalized with the complementary sequence of AFP aptamer (cDNA), then MGO-cDNA linked luminol (Apt-luminol) through base pairing effect. The (MGO-cDNA/Apt-luminol) as specific separation signal switch material. ZnONPs-Au@CuMOFs shows excellent catalytic performance catalyst luminol-H2O2 reaction. will specifically recognize bind Apt on MGO-cDNA/Apt-luminol when is present, which causes release triggers CL released encounters produces strong intensity. Therefore, method high selectivity sensitivity detecting has been established. linear range detection limit were 1.0 × 10-4-50 ng mL-1 4.2 10-5 mL-1, respectively. also exhibited good selectivity, reproducibility stability, finally in serum samples.
