The teacher-student relationship has far-reaching implications for educational outcomes at the tertiary level. Teachers contribute to students’ success in various ways, including academic support, career counseling, personal mentoring, etc., that help them succeed academically and professionally. COVID-19 disrupted interaction hindered flow of teacher’s support students. damage caused by pandemic higher education sector mostly recovered. Stress - exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic has become a major problem for students. Students who are about to graduate, particularly affected, as they experience significant pressure from their final exams while simultaneously facing far-reaching decisions future. management interventions can therefore be valuable way foster development of more effective coping strategies. This study utilized pre-post follow-up design examine effectiveness 2 days “Simply Less Stress” intervention structured program based on Demands-Resources framework that encourages students reflect individual stress emergence and equips them with practical strategies large group training in high school graduates ( N = 34). Abstract: The aim of the present study is to examine if teachers’ professional beliefs accounted for differences in self-reported instructional quality distance learning during COVID-19 pandemic. N = 194 German mathematics teachers were surveyed pandemic 2021 about their (potential cognitive activation, support, management time). Teachers’ constructivist and self-efficacy assessed 2019, before Results structural equation modeling indicate that stronger beliefs, higher potential activation learning. Self-efficacy predicted support better time. These significant associations persisted when pandemic-specific resources (technological pedagogical knowledge, technical at school, collaborative teaching planning; all measured by self-reports) considered. In Indonesia, educational activities have shifted to home-based learning after the COVID-19 epidemic broke out. Consequently, digital has become a necessary option for many teachers. This paper addresses enchantment among teachers, differentiating similar concepts and exploring the organisational conditions critical aspects of teacher in an attempt to help schools manage them. The results, derived from a Delphi method, show that training, school facilities, organisation changes challenges stemming COVID-19 are important factors re-enchanting teachers Spanish secondary vocational training schools. Management teams, educational authorities educators can improve by leveraging these factors.
