Environmental
audit
is
regarded
as
a
kind
of
voluntary
regulation
and
an
important
tool
for
environmental
certification.This
paper
aims
to
investigate
the
impact
on
innovation
strategy
enterprise
in
short
long
term,
separately.Samples
dataset
are
established
by
437
listed
companies
China
their
business
data
from
2009
2020,
respectively.To
identify
accurately,
divided
into
technology
introduction,
independent
innovation,
cooperation.Environmental
selected
proxy
variable
regulation.The
results
show
that
positively
affects
cooperation.Further,
sample
two
groups
according
pollution
intensity,
it
finds
high-pollution
enterprises
more
inclined
cooperation
introduction
term.For
these
enterprises,
they
will
not
continue
upgrade
term
after
meeting
requirements.For
low-pollution
positive
effect
sustained,
no
matter
or
term.Besides,
focused
term.
