Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
investigate
the
role
individuals
play
in
relationships
between
open
innovation
(OI),
knowledge
use,
absorptive
capacity
(ACAP)
and
by
considering
tacitness.
Design/methodology/approach

mixed
method:
quantitative

based
on

workers’
responses
using
structural
equation
modeling

inductive
multi-case

Purpose
As
sustainable
performance
has
a
central
role
in
the
small
and
medium
enterprises
(SMEs)
literature,

study
aims

examine
influence
of
networking
capabilities
enhancing
through
knowledge
workers’
productivity

Our
findings
reveal

showcasing
its
highly
promising
potential.
The

is
frontrunner
contributing
to
research,
followed
by
China
UK.
research
relatively
concentrated
UK,
while
it
appears
more
dispersed
China.
University
Cambridge
had
highest
volume
disciplines

Computer

As
evolves,
possible
