Purpose This paper aims to investigate the role individuals play in relationships between open innovation (OI), knowledge use, absorptive capacity (ACAP) and by considering tacitness. Design/methodology/approach study adopts a mixed method: quantitative part based on 413 workers’ responses using structural equation modeling an inductive multi-case component 36 interviews. Findings First, human aspects of relationship OI ACAP depend type external partners involved, whether they are research centers/universities, firms or customers. Second, fully mediates use innovativeness. Third, tacitness moderates stakeholders’ interactions such that it is more pronounced when tacit. Practical implications Firms should adopt differentiated strategy identifying diverse contributions, balancing engagement with robust internal routines tacit for long-term capability building explicit operational efficiency. When investing programs, important maintain right level ACAP, as alone cannot drive innovation. Originality/value Drawing social exchange theory, this investigates how share stakeholders through inbound OI, nature knowledge.

The focus of this research revolves around applying the dynamic capabilities (DC) considering technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions (TOE framework) to explore digital transformation (DT) innovation. current literature has shown a limited on integrating DC with TOE framework, inspiring address gap. This adopts quantitative approach employing partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), leveraging survey 325 respondents from 48 banks in Indonesia. study identifies necessary organizational for DT innovation, encompassing technological representing technology, strategic dimension, as well ecosystem governance-risk-compliance (GRC) dimension. findings unveil that technology have positive significant impact Organizational positively influence innovation but exhibit negative DT. Strategic affect negatively while GRC capability enhances its role DT, contributing improved company performance. adds theoretical understanding within framework offers managerial insights assist banking sector effectively managing successful

Purpose As sustainable performance has a central role in the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) literature, this study aims to examine influence of networking capabilities enhancing through knowledge workers’ productivity digital innovation. It also examines sequential mediating innovation on SMEs’ relationship. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 308 workers information technology sector analyzed using Hayes Process Macro bootstrapping method test proposed hypotheses. Findings Results indicate that individually sequentially mediate relationship between SME’s (economic environmental) performance, surprisingly, they do not act as mediator capability social performance. SMEs should prioritize investments professional development their training skill enhancement programs. This investment equips with tools effectively use resources acquired networking. Thus, may improve by these tackle challenges. Research limitations/implications Although research focused specific context, it is prudent acknowledge additional factors exert within SMEs, managers consider when making decisions. Methodologically, cross-sectional design poses potential limitation, does allow for complete elimination endogeneity concerns. However, worth noting scholars have endorsed data cases where management researchers aim expand beyond well-documented longitudinal sets. Practical implications offers practical recommendations seek partnerships complementary operations other performance-oriented benefits. Originality/value adds significantly literature SME studying interdependent effects capabilities. represents individual mediation mechanism links success worker

This study presents a comprehensive overview of the development process and latest trends in technology management (TM), laying robust foundation for further advancements this domain. To achieve this, we analysed 1944 TM articles from Web Science database 2642 Scopus, spanning last 20 years. Employing methodologies that involve scientific knowledge graphs bibliometrics, diverse aspects such as changes annual publication articles; geographical distribution among countries, institutions, disciplines, authors; keyword co-occurrence clusters; timezone view. Our findings reveal significant surge TM's growth recent years, showcasing its highly promising potential. The USA is frontrunner contributing to research, followed by China UK. research relatively concentrated UK, while it appears more dispersed China. University Cambridge had highest volume disciplines Business, Management, Engineering, Computer occupied top spots. As evolves, possible challenge could be emergence new authoritative authors.
