This study addresses the persistence of patriarchal structures and reproduction traditional gender roles in rural settings. In particular, this research explores agritourism, an emerging sector tourism that, while providing economic opportunities areas, also ends up perpetuating female subordination. response to issue, manifestation symbolic gender-based violence field agritourism was analyzed, a reliable validated psychometric measurement scale developed. Abstract Women play an essential part in development, but their role is often neglected. The attempt to economically engage women one surviving strategy for the coastal people identical poverty. Ironically, women’s participation economic activity still so low that initiative empowerment needed, just like 5th point of Sustainable Development Goals. Corporation, through CSR programs, contributes realizing empowerment. This research aimed analyze process programs. qualitative with a case study approach took place on north coast Java, precisely Pangkalan Village, Sluke Sub District, Rembang Regency, Central Indonesia. Data were gathered by conducting in-depth interviews female farmers, agricultural extensionists, village government officers, and community development officers PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP (Rembang Service Unit Power) was supported data resulting from observation documentation. Research showed carried out organizing farmer group planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation. Planning problem identification, potency, target need mapping. implementation involved facilitating improvement human resources training comparative studies, provision facilities access marketing. Monitoring evaluation held periodically throughout group’s routine meetings. In conclusion, program can positively change improved innovation, synergic collaboration among stakeholders.

Abstract Existing literature on women's empowerment (aligned with SDG 5) overlooks the diverse experiences and obstacles faced by women from various racial, ethnic, socioeconomic backgrounds. This lack of intersectionality within studies hinders our understanding unique challenges encountered marginalized limits effectiveness policies interventions aimed at fostering their empowerment. To address this gap, study delves into processes empowering in Bangladesh. Qualitative data were gathered through semi‐structured interviews 12 working women.
