Traditional
Chinese

Abstract:
Cerebral

ABSTRACT
Gancao
Fuzi
decoction
(GCFZT)
is
a
traditional
Chinese
formula,
which
has
been
commonly
used
in
clinical
practice
to
treat
inflammatory
diseases.
However,
the
active
substance
of
GCFZT
treatment
inflammation
not
fully
clarified.
In
this
study,
we
orthogonal
experiments
design
different
formulations,
resulting
total
16
formulations.
Subsequently,
UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS/MS
was
analyze
chemical
composition
and
anti‐inflammatory
activity
differences
these
formulations
were
evaluated
through
an
LPS‐induced
RAW264.7
cell
model.
Combined
with
machine
learning
algorithms

PLS‐DA
