Abstract Cross-dehydrogenative coupling between E—H bonds and Z—H bonds, where E Z are heteroatoms, can be considered as a green approach for the construction of chemical bonds. Since it avoids need prefunctionalization starting materials, this type transformation shorten synthetic routes increase total atom efficiency. Cutaneous melanoma (CM) is an aggressive form of malignancy with poor prognostic value. Cuproptosis a novel type cell death regulatory mechanism in tumors. However, the role cuproptosis-related long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) CM remains elusive. The lncRNAs were identified using Pearson correlation algorithm. Through univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis, prognosis seven associated cuproptosis was established new risk model constructed. ESTIMATE, CIBERSORT, single sample gene set enrichment analyses (ssGSEA) applied to evaluate immune microenvironment landscape. A copper-promoted aerobic oxidative [3+2] cycloaddition reaction for the synthesis of various substituted pyrazoles from N,N-disubstituted hydrazines with alkynoates in presence bases is developed. This work involves a direct C(sp3)-H functionalization and formation new C-C/C-N bonds. In this strategy, inexpensive easily available Cu2O serves as promoter air acts green oxidant. Abstract A visible‐light‐driven hydrophosphorylation of azobenzenes with diarylphosphine oxides was successfully developed. We have developed a Tf2O-mediated approach for the direct amination of either P(O)–OH or P(O)–H reagents with variety aliphatic aromatic amines. Without requirement precious metals and toxic reagents, this protocol provides an alternative route to various phosphinamides phosphoramides. The reaction proceeds under simple mild conditions can be effectively scaled up similar efficiency.

A photocatalytic three-component cascade reaction of readily available enaminones, hydrazines, and CBr4 for the synthesis bromo-substituted pyrazoles in one pot has been demonstrated. This strategy involves intermolecular C-N/C-Br bond formation represents an efficient approach to construction 4-bromo-substituted with high regioselectivity, broad substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, convenient operation, mild conditions. Mechanistic investigations show that this proceeds via cyclization enaminones followed by a regioselective bromination using as "Br" source.
