With
advancements
in
nanomedicine,
different
nanomaterials
(NMs)
have
been
applied
to
treat
and
overcome
its
limitations.
Among
NMs,
nanoparticles
(NPs)
can
act
as
nanocarriers
due
their
enhanced
solubility,
sustained
release,
targeting
abilities
facilitation
of
drug-dose
reductions.
This
review
discusses
recent
therapeutics
for
AIDS/HIV
using
various
mainly
focused
on
three
classifications:
polymeric,
liposomal
inorganic
NMs.
Polymeric
dendrimers,
polyethylenimine-NPs,
poly(lactic-co-glycolic
acid)-NPs,
chitosan
the
use
liposomal-based
delivery
systems
NPs,
including

Lipid
coating
is

understood.

work,
we
apply
C-Laurdan
generalized
polarization
(GP)
measurements
probe
temperature-dependent
polarity
hybrid
membranes
consisting
lipid
monolayer
adsorbed
onto
polylactic
acid
(PLA)
polymer
core
as
function
composition
and
compare
behavior
coated
NPs
(LNPs)
that
liposomes
assembled
from
identical
mixtures.
The
LNPs
were
generated
by
nanoprecipitation
aqueous
solutions
containing
two
types
mixtures:
(i)
cholesterol,
dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine
(DPPC),
ganglioside
GM3,
well
(ii)
dioleoylphosphatidylcholine
(DOPC),
DPPC
GM3.

narrower
phase
transitions
