Most

selectivity
Further
photochemical
spectroscopic
characterizations
theoretical
calculations

uncover
mechanism
underlying
polarity-dependent
kinetics.
The
uncaged
ortho-quinone
methide
product
bears
covalent
reactivity
nucleophiles
protein
revealed
by
tandem
mass
spectrometry.
Finally,
demonstrate
application
such
lipophilic
chemistry
selective
labeling
profiling
proteins
proximity
lipid
droplets
inside
human
fatty
liver
tissues.
Together,
this
work
studies
effects
adapts
it
suborganelle-targeted

Abstract
Thin‐film
fluorescent
sensors
play
critical
roles
in
the
gas
sensing
field.
However,
materials
for
practical
applications
are
limited,
because
of
aggregation‐caused
quenching
(ACQ)
effect
and
photobleaching.
This
study
investigates
a
host–guest
thin‐film
fluorescence
sensor
by
incorporating
probe
into
metal–organic
framework
(MOF).
The
molecule
Me
4
BOPHY‐1
acts
as
recognition
neurotoxin
analog
diethylchlorophosphite
(DCP).
MOF
(ZIF‐8)
provides
nanocavities
confinement
guest
molecules,
which
reduces
self‐aggregation
molecules
pre‐enriches
target
gas.
By
applying
ZIF‐8
to
disperse
ACQ
can
be
effectively
overcome.
quantum
efficiency
is
increased
from
0.76%
19.72%,
enables
its
ability
with
fast
response
time
3
s
detection
limit
low
1.13
ppb.
Besides,
facilitates
selectivity
enhancement
through
effect,
weakening
interference
HCl.
Moreover,
also
ensures
high
photo‐stability
well
thermal
stability.
It
maintain
intensity
under
4800
s’
laser
irradiation.
Thus,
design
strategy
offers
3S
(sensitivity,
selectivity,
stability)
toward
analytes.

(coumarin-4-yl)methyl
derivatives

extensively
studied

many
