Ginseng ( Panax ginseng ) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to genus of Araliaceae. Ginsenosides are kind important compounds in and minor ginsenosides secondary metabolic derivatives ginsenosides. Studies have shown that many pharmacological effects, such as antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-platelet aggregation, neuroprotective effects. However, the therapeutic effects limited due poor solubility water, short half-life, targeting accuracy. In recent years, improve application efficiency, research on nanocrystallization attracted extensive attention from researchers. Piceatannol (PIC) is known to have anticancer activity, which has been attributed its ability block the proliferation of cancer cells via suppression NF-kB signaling pathway. However, effect on hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) not well in cancer. In this study, PIC was loaded into bovine serum albumin (BSA) by desolvation method as PIC-BSA nanoparticles (NPs). These were assessed for vitro cytotoxicity, migration, invasion, and colony formation studies levels p65 HIF-1α. Our results indicate that NPs more effective downregulating expression nuclear HIF-1α colon compared free PIC. We also observed a significant reduction inflammation induced chemical colitis mice NPs. Furthermore, tumor size number tumors murine model colitis-associated colorectal cancer, when treated with The overall PIC, formulated NPs, enhances therpautice potential. work could prompt further research using natural agents nanoparticels possiable human clinical trails. Enriched products with bioactive compounds (BCs) show the capacity to produce a wide range of possible health effects. Most BCs are essentially hydrophobic and sensitive environmental factors; so, encapsulation becomes strategy solve these problems. Many globular proteins have intrinsic ability bind, protect, encapsulate, introduce into nutraceutical or pharmaceutical matrices. Among them, albumins as human serum albumin (HSA), bovine (BSA), ovalbumin (OVA) α-lactalbumin (ALA) widely abundant, available, applied in many industrial sectors, becoming promissory materials encapsulate BCs.
