Dendritic cells, as pivotal antigen-presenting entities, play crucial role in the initiation of responses preservation immunological homeostasis. Designing nanozymes that match natural enzymes have always been an attractive and challenging goal. In general, researchers mainly focus on the construction of metal centers control non-metallic ligands nanozyme to regulate their activities. Herein, we propose a coordination strategy mimic oxidase based engineering electronic properties at N center by modulating Co number near in Cox–N nanocomposite. Abstract It is newly revealed that collagen works as a physical barrier to tumor immune infiltration, oxygen perfusion, and depressor in solid tumors.
