In
this
paper,
we
examine
the
role
of
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
in
sovereignty
and
carbon
neutrality,
emphasizing
digital
inclusion
climate-resilient
AI
strategies
for
emerging
markets.
Considering
previous
studies
on
neutrality
climate
research
along
with
technology
policy
frameworks
as
a
guide,
paper
undertakes
Partial
Least
Squares
Structural
Equation
Modelling
(PLS-SEM)
outcomes.
At
same
time,
fuzzy-set
Qualitative
Comparative
Analysis
(fsQCA)
is
used
to
reveal
different
configurations
leading
achieving
resilience.
The
model
covers
various
aspects
AI-enabled
policy,
including
adoption,
frameworks,
literacy,
public
engagement.
Survey
data
were
collected
from
key
stakeholders
sectors,
local
communities
using
structured
survey
understand
their
attitudes
towards
negative
emissions
technologies
prominent
experts
countries
like
Vietnam,
Italy,
Malaysia,
Greece.
PLS-SEM
results
importance
developing
critical
strategic
dimension
(Data
analytics
capability
support).
Some
fsQCA
findings
present
heterogeneous
outcomes,
highlighting
complex
combinations
inclusion,
resilience
which
are
industry-specific.
This
study
would
further
enrich
literature
concerning
by
exploring
AI,
interactions.
Theoretically,
practical
enriching
suggestions
future
derived
help
infuse
sustainable
actions.
The
Metaverse
is
rapidly
evolving
into
a
transformative
digital
ecosystem,
bringing
with
it
unprecedented
opportunities
and
complex
array
of
ethical
challenges.
This
narrative
review,
based
on
an
in-depth
analysis
112
full
publications,
explores
the
key
themes
associated
Metaverse,
including
privacy
data
security,
identity
behavior,
inclusivity,
mental
physical
health,
AI,
content
moderation,
intellectual
property,
governance,
environmental
sustainability,
harassment,
cultural
representation,
economic
implications.
Proposed
solutions
for
these
challenges
encompass
privacy-by-design
frameworks,
robust
verification
systems,
equitable
access
initiatives,
explainable
blockchain-based
property
protections.Additionally,
review
examines
governance
legal
such
as
frameworks
developed
by
World
Economic
Forum,
European
Commission,
United
Nations,
IEEE
standards,
alongside
national
platform-specific
regulations.
These
efforts
aim
to
enhance
transparency,
ensure
universal
accessibility,
promote
foster
safety
within
Metaverse.
By
synthesizing
insights
from
this
extensive
body
literature,
offers
thorough
exploration
dimensions
presents
practical
recommendations
fostering
responsible
inclusive
ecosystems.

Purpose
The
Metaverse
holds
vast
amounts
of
user
data,
making
it
essential
to
address
threats
its
confidentiality,
integrity
and
availability.
These
are
not
purely
technological,

factors,

cybersecurity
challenges.
Thus,
a
holistic
approach
incorporating
technological
dimensions

crucial
for
safeguarding
data
security
privacy.
This
research
explores
users’
behavior
in
the
integrating
technology
threat
avoidance
theory
(TTAT)
planned
(TPB).
Design/methodology/approach
model
was
assessed
using
collected
from
746
users.
empirical
were
analyzed
dual
structural
equation
modeling-artificial
neural
network
(SEM-ANN)
approach.
Findings

PLS-SEM

attitude,

As
the
metaverse's
significance
becomes
more
widely
recognized,
people
are
increasingly
expressing
their
identities
in
virtual
spaces,
acquiring
luxury
fashion
items
that
would
be
difficult
to
obtain
reality,
and
willingly
engaging
interactions
with
others.
Despite
prominence
of
metaverse
as
key
aspects
lifestyle,
comprehensive
research
on
influence
consumption
others
is
still
lacking.
Based
stereotype
content
model
theory
costly
signaling
theory,
this
study
investigates
relationship
between
perceptions,
traits,
emotions,
evaluations
brand
space
types.
A
total
266
survey
responses
were
analyzed.
Results
show
a
significant
interaction
effect
type
(luxury
vs.
non-luxury)
(real
world
metaverse)
trait
emotion.
Furthermore,
positive
correlation
found
perception,
trait,
emotion,
evaluation.
Academic
practical
implications
discussed.
