cancer
(LC)
is
one

the

common
worldwide.
Tumor-associated
macrophages
(TAMs)
are
important
component
tumor
microenvironment
(TME)
and
closely
related
to
stages
occurrence,
development,
metastasis.
Macrophages

can
differentiate
into
different
phenotypes
functions
under
influence
signaling
pathways
in
TME.
The
classically
activated
(M1-like)
alternatively
(M2-like)
represent
two
polarization
states
macrophages.
M1
exhibit
anti-tumor
functions,
while
M2
considered
support
cell
survival
Macrophage
involves
complex
pathways,
blocking
or
regulating
these
