Abstract Introduction Oral diseases are common and affect millions of people worldwide. They can range from mild easily treatable conditions to more severe serious diseases. Proper oral hygiene regular dental monitoring essential for maintaining good health. When it comes children’s health well-being, parents’ education level plays a critical role. Research has shown that higher educational attainment is associated with better outcomes their children. Our aim evaluate whether employment influence children its impact on the family. Methods We enrolled consecutively healthy subjects aged between 0–16 parents at Dental Clinic University Campania “L. Vanvitelli”. The Italian version ECOHIS (I-ECOHIS) was administered referred Linear regression models, adjusted age sex, were used explore association or scores. Statistical significance accepted when p value < 0.05. The physical and psychological effects of war are not always easy to detect, but they can be far-reaching long-lasting. One the that may result from stress is temporomandibular disorder (TMD).To evaluate prevalence TMD sign symptoms among veterans diagnosed with PTSD.We systematically searched in Web Science, PubMed Lilacs for articles published inception until 30 December 2022. All documents were assessed eligibility based on following Population, Exposure, Comparator Outcomes (PECO) model: (P) Participants consisted human subjects. (E) Exposure exposition war. (C) Comparison was between (subjects exposed war) subjects (O) Outcome presence disorders or (we considered pain muscle palpation veterans).Forty studies identified at end research. We chose only four study draw up present systematic study. included 596. Among them, 274 war, whereas remaining 322 stress. those 154 presented sign/symptoms (56.2%) 65 (20.18%). overall effect revealed PTSD had a higher signs (pain palpation) than controls (RR 2.21; 95% CI: 1.13-4.34), showing an association war-related TMD.War cause lasting damage lead chronic diseases. Our results clearly demonstrated exposure, directly indirectly, increases risk developing TMJ dysfunction sign/symptoms.

Abstract Dental trauma is common in all age groups, although, epidemiologically, it more children with studies that indicate 15% of preschoolers and 20–25% school-age experience it. These injuries, which frequently call for immediate attention, can affect the hard tissues supporting components teeth, and, because dental damage deciduous teeth occurs affects speech, nutrition, oral development, particularly worrying. After searching three databases, Scopus, Web Science (WoS), PubMed, removing duplicates, 3,630 articles were screened, 12 publications included qualitative analysis. Due to their busy lifestyles, are susceptible certain areas lower socioeconomic incidence higher. From little fractures enamel serious dislocations avulsions, injuries vary must be treated promptly order avoid consequences prevent long-term issues. Furthermore, a conservative treatment strategy recommended preserve tooth vitality extractions. Reducing occurrence requires implementation preventive measures including mouthguard use educational campaigns. In summary, this review emphasizes importance early diagnosis, management, care, by synthesizing existing knowledge on prevalence, types, complications, prevention teeth. Methods A comprehensive search protocol implemented across several online databases using MeSH keywords Boolean operators. standardised data extraction form developed specifically review. Two reviewers independently extracted data. RoB‐2 used evaluate methodological quality included studies. Results total 13 clinical studies were selected Some reported a significant reduction severity frequency symptoms following treatment. However, other did not observe TMJ‐related parameters from baseline follow‐up intervals. Temporary increases pain at beginning period, which later subsided, some Overall, discontinued any patient due TMDs. Conclusion findings reveal that different outcomes associated with are affected differently by treatment OSAS.
