AI tools, such as intelligent tutoring systems, chatbots, and adaptive learning platforms, allow instructors to design teaching strategies based on individual student needs, styles, progress. AI technologies transform language instruction by offering feedback, support, and guidance to students, ultimately leading a more effective efficient learning experience. The present study investigated the impacts of integrating Writerly Google Docs enhance EFL writing instruction. It also assessed students’ perceptions towards using these technologies. employed quasiexperimental pretest-posttest two-group design. used mixed-methods approach, utilizing tests, questionnaires, focus group discussions, teacher diaries gather data from sample 92 randomly selected participants. In experimental group, students enhanced their skills through integration Docs, while control received traditional paper pencil feedback system. When quantitative were analyzed independent samples T -test descriptive statistics, qualitative thematically. results confirmed that technologies, significantly improved instruction, as evidenced statistically significant difference in performance between groups. Hence, who learned showed they able produce essays effectively addressed task achievement, coherence cohesion, lexical resource, grammatical range accuracy, whereas those conventional method less producing quality essays. findings revealed had positive because found interesting, effective, goal-oriented, supportive.
