These vesicles secreted by almost all cell types to aid in vast array cellular functions, including intercellular communication, differentiation and proliferation, angiogenesis, stress response, immune signaling. Abstract: Exosomes are nanovesicles with a wide range of chemical compositions used in many different applications. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSCs-EXOs) spherical vesicles that have been shown to mediate tissue regeneration variety diseases, including neurological, autoimmune and inflammatory, cancer, ischemic heart disease, lung injury, liver fibrosis.
