Purpose Achieving operational excellence in supply chain management (SCM) is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction, improving efficiency, and sustaining industrial competitiveness. This paper aims to develop an integrated Lean Six Sigma (LSS) framework optimize SCM by minimizing waste, process reliability responsiveness. The framework’s effectiveness validated through a case study spare parts manufacturing company Egypt, demonstrating its practical application impact. Design/methodology/approach identifies critical success factors (CSFs) effective LSS implementation SCM. A structured DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) approach applied, offering data-driven methodology optimizing performance ensuring sustainable improvements.
