Abstract Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is related to pro‐apoptotic and pro‐inflammatory conditions generated by Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. This study aimed determine the effect of Astaxanthin (ASX), as carotenoid with potent antioxidant anti‐inflammatory properties, on serum inflammatory markers, apoptotic factors ER stress‐apoptotic genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) women PCOS. randomized, double‐blind clinical trial included 56 PCOS patients aged 18–40. Salvia.officinalis (S. officinalis), is recognized for its antihyperlipidemic, metabolism-regulating, and antioxidant properties in diabetic hyperlipidemic disorders. РЕЗЮМЕ. Безпліддя є однією з основних проблем репродуктивної медицини. Зокрема, у жінок із СПКЯ це супроводжується інсулінорезистентністю та метаболічними порушеннями, що негативно впливають на овуляцію, якість ооцитів імплантаційну здатність ендометрія. Допоміжні репродуктивні технології, а саме екстракорпоральне запліднення, провідними методиками лікування таких пацієнток, однак їх ефективність часто знижується через порушення рецептивності Мета роботи – проаналізувати вплив метаболічних порушень при імплантацію ембріона, зокрема гормональні запальні механізми, основі сучасних наукових досліджень. Матеріал і методи. Проведено аналіз публікацій баз даних PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science Google Scholar за останні 10 років. Відбиралися рецензовані статті, висвітлюють молекулярні механізми інсулінорезистентності, зміни ендометріального мікрооточення їхній імплантацію. Результати. Імплантація ембріона складний процес, залежить від злагодженої взаємодії ендокринної, імунної судинної систем, також При синдромі полікістозних яєчників імплантації зумовлені гормональним дисбалансом, інсулінорезистентністю, дефектами ангіогенезу хронічним запаленням, знижує ймовірність успішного прикріплення ембріона; додатково метаболічний синдром погіршує рецептивність ендометрія оксидативний стрес толерантності. Рандомізовані дослідження мета-аналізи свідчать, не лише якісні характеристики й адекватна корекція імплантаційних індивідуалізовані підходи до підготовки перед імплантацією в програмах ЕКЗ ключовими факторами успішності безпліддя даній когорті пацієнтів. Висновки. Мультифакторний підхід пацієнток метаболічним синдромом включає корекцію способу життя, метаболічну антиоксидантну терапію, сприяє покращенню гормонального балансу, фолікулогенезу Персоналізований визначення вікна застосування тесту ERA дозволяє підвищити ЕКЗ, знижуючи ризики невдалих імплантацій.

Background Praseodymium (Pr), Samarium (Sm), Lanthanum (La), and Terbium (Tb) are rare earth elements (REEs) that can accumulate in the body induce oxidative stress (OS), which may contribute to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition affecting 116 million women worldwide. With increasing use of REEs, understanding their role PCOS is crucial. Design This case-control study included 56 cases 50 healthy controls, with confounding factors such as age, BMI, hormones controlled. Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used measure serum levels Pr, Sm, La, Tb, Pearson correlation performed explore relationship markers malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD). Result A significant increase Tb observed compared controls ( p < 0.05). The 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for differences were [0.0008, 0.0032], [0.0002, 0.0091], [0.0019, 0.0073], 0.0129], respectively.
