Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) refers to the severe decline or failure of function in women younger than 40 years age. It is a serious hazard women's physical and mental health, but current treatment options are limited. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (MSC-Exo) exhibit promising potential as therapeutic approach for POI. However, their clinical application hindered by instability low long-term retention rate vivo. In this study, miR-21 was identified predominant miRNA with low-expression follicular fluid POI patients shown possess antiapoptotic activity. Next, we loaded agomir MSC-Exo form Agomir21-Exo, which significantly reversed apoptosis granulosa cells vitro. Moreover, successfully developed GelMA hydrogel microspheres encapsulating Agomir21-Exo through microfluidic technology, named GelMA-Ag21Exo, had good injectability enhanced stability mice sustained release. The release from GelMA-Ag21Exo notably alleviated improved reserve fertility mice. Our findings illustrate that activating could improve cells. exosome-based efficacy These provide novel strategy patients.

Here, we evaluated the role lncRNA brain cytoplasmic RNA 1 (BCYRN1) in BC. We performed loss-of-function assays to examine effects BCYRN1 downregulation T24 BOY BC cells. found significantly inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion, three-dimensional spheroid formation ability induced apoptosis Additionally, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) using sequences from tumor fractions showed decreased expression mRNAs associated with cell cycle. These findings were supported by observations G2/M arrest flow cytometry assays. Finally, examined serum exosomal as biomarker.
