This study analyzes the effectiveness of virtual laboratory-based distance learning as a means improving outcomes students' cognitive abilities and practical skills in Computer Numerical Control course. utilized pre-experimental design with onegroup pretest-posttest structure. The research subjects were 31 second-year vocational students from Department Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Negeri Padang who had recently participated four sessions. instruments included pre-test, post-test, student perception survey to assess laboratory treatment. findings this demonstrate that presence enhances terms abilities. pre-test value for was 52.04, which increased 82.36 post-test. Similarly, 56.98, improved 83.44 These improvements significantly contribute enhancement outcomes, indicated by an average N-gain 0.642 medium/effective category. We conclude use media through Metaverse platform is effective learning. method reduces initial requirement 24 hours face-to-face just five more self-study.

In a distance learning system, students tend to feel bored and their motivation decreases which makes an impact on critical thinking (CT) being undeveloped. The current study aimed at intervening Problem Based Learning (PBL) with PhET (Physics Education Technology) assistive virtual simulation in mobile application evaluating its Experimental design (randomized pretest-posttest control experimental groups) was carried out while the group intervened expository teaching. research sample consisted of 88 Islamic senior high schools Mataram City, Indonesia. Through a systematic secondary literature review spanning past decade, this identifies several key challenges, including unpreparedness, trial-and-error approach, shift teaching priorities, variations teacher effectiveness. Most research on Problematic Internet Usage (PIU) relied self-report data when measuring the time spent internet. Self-reporting of use, typically done through a survey, showed discrepancies from actual amount use. Studies exploring association between trait emotional intelligence (EI) components and subjective feeling technology usage PIU are also limited. The current cross-sectional study aims to examine whether objectively recorded usage, taking smartphone as representative, EI (sociability, emotionality, well-being, self-control), happiness with phone use can predict its (obsession, neglect, control disorder). A total 268 participants (Female: 61.6%) reported their demographic completed questionnaire that included Questionnaire short form (PIUQ–SF–6), Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQue-SF), level frequency living conditions (whether alone or others). Their was dedicated app. series one-way ANOVA revealed no significant difference in for different (F (3, 264) = 7.55, p < .001), well where unhappy group had higher 6.85, .001). This research presents a chatbot application to provide educational information for university students. There are three objectives: 1) study the problem of providing students with chatbots, 2) develop model and construct predict interest students, 3) assess satisfaction provided by application. The datasets were conversations from Messenger Facebook Page Faculty Information Technology, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, during academic year 2020-2021. In total, there 1,094 transactions used in this work. Furthermore, data mining machine learning techniques, including CRISP-DM, Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors, Neural Network, as tools. cross-validation confusion matrix techniques test performance. Moreover, questionnaire was assessment tool 30 respondents. As result, it showed that developed high-level results, which 88.73% accuracy an average 3.97 satisfaction. future, researchers plan apply results next expand into other programs.
