Strategy is a procedure used to carry out an activity achieve madrasah goals. In carrying the leadership process, head of certainly has strategies that will be carried as leader in for improving student achievements become indicator success managing madrasah. This research aims find how madrasa head's strategy, and implementation strategy academic achievement students at MA Unggulan XYZ Jombang. uses qualitative approach with case study type descriptive nature subjects namely madrasah, curriculum, also teachers. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, documentation studies. validity was tested by triangulating sources techniques. obtained analyzed through reduction, presentation, verification. results this show 1) students' supervising, sector reading, boosting six superior programs, giving appreciation who excel form free tuition fees one semester 2) Students' are holding sectoral reding evaluation meetings communicating each other readings.

This research aims to evaluate the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Binjai City and effectiveness teacher quality management programs related initiatives raising competency levels. Teachers are the key to success of a nation in improving quality life its people future. This research aims find gaps with previous which makes four main points be used as questions this research, namely 1. The article aims to find out and analyze the strategies of caregivers Al Falah Islamic Boarding School, Pacet, Mojokerto, in developing entrepreneurial economic independence education for entrepreneurs. This article delves deep into the complex web of relationships between training, commitment, and performance among heads private Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in beautiful West Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara Province. Using a quantitative approach reinforced by path analysis, researchers uncovered causal that shape madrasah leadership landscape. The study underwent rigorous validation drawing insights from carefully curated data set covering over 170 madrassa heads, meticulously collected through customized questionnaires. It emerged as beacon reliability validity. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. This research aims to describe the concept of implementing Arabic language learning with school-based management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bulukumba. The method used in this is field research. results concluded that Bulukumba was implemented through several strategies, namely listening skills (Istima) which were activity steps, determining Istima' materials according theme be taught, concepts relevant istima. Meanwhile, reading proficiency strategy (qira'ah) by teacher texts well and correctly also translating them, then students listen carefully. writing (kitabah) are carried out study showing sentences on blackboard, read pay close attention for a few moments. Then material removed, dictated, write into notebooks what dictates. For speaking (kalam), starts pronouncing new vocabulary (mufrodat) one imitates all students.

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in the admission of new students at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. The type research used by researchers is qualitative research. uses data sources consisting two types, namely primary and secondary sources. results this indicate that: First, strategy planning Palembang main thing New Student Admission (PPDB) activity. Planning involves principal, vice principal student affairs, school team. activities PPDB includes creating a committee structure, determining work programs, implementation, evaluation. Entrepreneurship in madrasah educational institutions is a necessity that must be carried out to support quality improvement with independent financing. This research has two main objectives: firstly, how the school principal manages develop entrepreneurship his institution, and secondly, Madrasah organizes organization implementation of entrepreneurship. type quantitative, where data obtained through informants.
