Cancer is a global health problem responsible for one in six deaths worldwide. Treating cancer has been highly complex process. Conventional treatment approaches, such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy, have use, while significant advances are being made recent times, including stem cell therapy, targeted ablation nanoparticles, natural antioxidants, radionics, chemodynamic sonodynamic ferroptosis-based therapy. Current methods oncology focus on the development of safe efficient nanomedicines. Stem therapy brought promising efficacy regenerating repairing diseased or damaged tissues by targeting both primary metastatic foci, nanoparticles new diagnostic therapeutic options. Targeted possessed breakthrough potential inhibiting growth spread specific cells, causing less damage to healthy cells. Ablation emerged minimally invasive procedure that burns freezes cancers without need open surgery. Natural antioxidants demonstrated tracking down free radicals neutralizing their harmful effects thereby treating preventing cancer. Several technologies currently under research clinical trials, some them already approved. This review presented an update breakthroughs therapies.

Accumulating evidence shows that oxidative stress plays an essential role in the pathogenesis and progression of many diseases. The imbalance between production reactive oxygen species (ROS) antioxidant systems has been extensively studied pulmonary, neurodegenerative cardiovascular disorders; however, its contribution is still debated gastrointestinal disorders. Evidence suggests affects motility obesity, post-infectious disorders by favoring smooth muscle phenotypic switch toward a synthetic phenotype. aim this review to gain insight into played pathologies (GIT), involvement ROS signaling underlying muscular alterations tract (GIT). In addition, potential therapeutic strategies based on use antioxidants for treatment inflammatory diseases are reviewed discussed. Although substantial progress made identifying new techniques capable assessing presence humans, biochemical-molecular mechanisms GIT mucosal not yet well defined. Therefore, further studies needed clarify through which stress-related can contribute alteration mucosa order devise effective preventive curative strategies.

Aging is a complex biological process accompanied by progressive decline in the physical function of organism and an increased risk age-related chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have established that there exist nine hallmarks aging process, including (i) telomere shortening, (ii) genomic instability, (iii) epigenetic modifications, (iv) mitochondrial dysfunction, (v) loss proteostasis, (vi) dysregulated nutrient sensing, (vii) stem cell exhaustion, (viii) cellular senescence, (ix) altered communication. All these alterations been linked to sustained systemic inflammation, mechanisms contribute timing not clearly determined yet. Nevertheless, dysfunction one most important contributing process. Mitochondria primary endogenous source reactive oxygen species (ROS). During ATP production elevated ROS together with antioxidant defense. Elevated levels can cause oxidative stress severe damage cell, organelle membranes, DNA, lipids, proteins. This contributes phenotype. In this review, we summarize recent advances emphasis on production.

Marine organisms harbor numerous bioactive substances that can be utilized in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Scientific research on various applications of collagen extracted from these has become increasingly prevalent. used as a biomaterial because it is water soluble, metabolically compatible, highly accessible. Upon review literature, evident marine versatile compound capable healing skin injuries varying severity, well delaying natural human aging process. From vitro to vivo experiments, demonstrated its ability invoke keratinocyte fibroblast migration vascularization skin. Additionally, derivatives have proven beneficial useful for both osteoporosis osteoarthritis prevention treatment. Other bone-related diseases may also targeted by collagen, increasing bone mineral density, deposition, importantly, osteoblast maturation proliferation. In this review, we demonstrate advantages over land animal sources biomedical related damage. Finally, some limitations are briefly discussed.

Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases are the two most common forms of neurodegenerative diseases. The exact etiology these disorders is not well known; however, environmental, molecular, genetic influences play a major role in pathogenesis Using disease (AD) as archetype, pathological findings include aggregation Amyloid Beta (Aβ) peptides, mitochondrial dysfunction, synaptic degradation caused by inflammation, elevated reactive oxygen species (ROS), cerebrovascular dysregulation. This review highlights neuroinflammatory neuroprotective epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG): medicinal component green tea, known nutraceutical that has shown promise modulating AD progression due to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging abilities. report also re-examines current literature provides innovative approaches for EGCG be used preventive measure alleviate other disorders.

Abstract Flower based nanoparticles has gained a special attention as new sustainable eco-friendly avenue. Rosa floribunda charisma belongs to modern roses with bright yellow, red flowers marvellous rose scent. Different methods were used for the extraction of its floral scent such hexane, microwave, and solid-phase micro-extraction. The latter was most efficient method phenyl ethyl alcohol, unique roses. In current study, magnesium (RcNps) have been synthesized using petals that privileges beyond chemical physical routs. RcNps formation confirmed UV–Visible (UV–Vis) Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), High Resolution-Transmission Electron Microscope (HR-TEM), Field Emission-Scanning (FE-SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), Diffractometer (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
