Abstract Objective Recent studies indicate that dyslipidemia could be a critical risk factor for cardiovascular disease in Takayasu arteritis (TA), but the relationship between and activity of TA itself is unclear. Background: Psoriasis, a chronic skin condition characterized by systemic inflammation and altered gut microbiota, has been target of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries. Shenling Baizhu Powder (SLBZP), TCM formulation, holds promise treating inflammatory diseases, but its specific role in psoriasis impact on microbiota is not fully understood. Objective: This study aims to elucidate the mechanism SLBZP psoriasis, integrating component analysis, network pharmacology, experimental validation mice models. Methods: We commenced with detailed analysis using liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer (LC-MS). Network pharmacology was used predict potential action targets pathways psoriasis. Background There is no consensus on the effect of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) inhibitors lipid profiles in patients with psoriasis. This study aimed to investigate effects TNF-alpha (triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, or high-density lipoprotein) Methods We searched PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases for articles published before October 17, 2023. Four (infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, certolizumab) were included our study. (PROSPERO ID: CRD42023469703). Results A twenty trials included. Overall results revealed that elevated lipoprotein levels psoriasis (WMD = 2.31; 95% CI: 0.96, 3.67; P 0.001), which was supported by sensitivity analyses excluding lipid-lowering drugs. Aim: There are no studies regarding comparative analysis of serum biomarkers oxidative stress in patients with psoriasis (PsO) and atopic dermatitis (AD). We aimed to compare the redox homeostasis parameters PsO vs. AD an attempt find sensitive specific biomarker that could best reflect existence one these disease entities.
