Natural antioxidant use has increased as a consequence of consumer desire for natural and organic foods.Almonds (Prunus dulcis Mill.D.) are an important food item both nutritionally medicinally.The health advantages attributed to these, the value-added products developed from them have been linked activities phenolic compounds in nuts.The nutritional characteristics, total contents, activity almond with brown skin without were examined current study.The findings facts support possibility using almonds sector they propose that significant source energy, protein, fiber, lipid.The results content ranged 240.6±3.2-295.5±4.2 232.3±2.8-278.4±3.6 mg GAE/100 g.The inhibition DPPH radical scavenging capacity varied over 37.60-65.09% 28.83-45.51%,without at concentration 5 mg/ml.The reducing power (absorbance 700 nm) increase all varieties however these higher varieties.This study showed excellent sources nutrients antioxidants potential value addition nutraceutical development.

Lung cancer ranks among the most prevalent forms of and remains a significant factor in cancer-related mortality across world. It poses challenges to healthcare systems society as whole due its high incidence, rates, late-stage diagnosis. Resveratrol (RV), natural compound found various plants, has shown potential nanomedicine for lung treatment. RV varied effects on cells, including promoting apoptosis by increasing pro-apoptotic proteins (Bax Bak) decreasing anti-apoptotic (Bcl-2). also hinders cell proliferation influencing important signaling pathways (MAPK, mTOR, PI3K/Akt, Wnt/β-catenin) that govern progression. In addition, acts potent antioxidant, diminishing oxidative stress safeguarding cells against DNA damage. Phlorizin can exert antioxidant effects by regulating the IL-1β/IKB-α/NF-KB signaling pathway. BackgroundLactic acid bacteria (LAB) are utilized as a starter culture in the manufacturing of fermented dairy items, preservative for various food products, and probiotic. In our country, some research has been carried out, even if LAB plays principal role preservation improves texture taste foods, that is why we tried to evaluate their probiotic effect. The objective this was determine antibacterial activity Lactococcus lactis (L. lactis) against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) ATCC 29213, investigate antioxidant activity, characterize sensitivity 18 antibiotics.MethodsA total 23 subsp. cremoris, L. Lactis diacetylactis, were isolated from cow's raw milk. performed using two techniques, competition nutrients technique utilizing components nature, disk diffusion method. studied different antibiotics tested on Man rogosa sharp (MRS) agar commercial antibiotic disks. All strains examined activity. by 2,2-diphenyl-1 picrylhydrazyl (DPPH).ResultsThe results showed MRS medium more adapted than Muller Hinton Agar (MHA) S. 29213. Also, exhibited notable degree displayed higher activities, followed ssp. biovar. lastly, cremoris Lc 26 among all high potential reaching 40±3 mm slightly moderate (10.56±1.28%-26.29±0.05%). resistance test indicate resistant cefotaxime, sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim, streptomycin sensitive Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Penicillin G, Teicoplanin, Vancomycin, Gentamicin 500, Tetracycline, Chloramphenicol. Abstract Endophytic fungi are microorganisms that considered as a potential source of natural compounds, and can be applied in various industries. The aims this research were molecular identification endophytic isolated from the Gundelia tournefortii stems, investigation their biological activities well phenolic fatty acid profile. The purpose of this work was to construct an electrochemical sensor for the detection imatinib. It based on a modified glassy carbon electrode (chitosan/rGO/GCE) that reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite. By employing straightforward drop-casting technique, rGO/chitosan composite applied GCE surface. XRD, FT-IR, and FE-SEM structural studies verified successfully nanocomposite formed. synergistic effect rGO chitosan boosted electron transfer kinetics facilitated oxidation reaction imatinib surface, according experiments, which indicated chitosan/rGO/GCE's sensitive, selective, stable response findings showed sensitivity 0.16502 μA/μM, limit value 7.3 nM, wide linear range 1–300 µM. Differential pulse voltammetry measurements were performed prepared human serum urine samples evaluate applicability chitosan/rGO/GCE in real samples. For genuine samples, good recoveries ranging from 95.00% 99.20% with relative standard deviation 3.10–4.49%. These variety may be accurately analyzed using chitosan/rGO/GCE.
