Introduction
Obesity
is
a
complex
metabolic
disease,
which
often
accompanied
with
impaired
glucose
and
lipid
metabolism
chronic
inflammation.
Probiotics
have
been
considered
as
strategy
for
treating
obesity,
while
the
genus
of
Lactobacillus
most
commonly
tested
approved
probiotics.
Some
multi-strain
probiotics
were
proven
to
produce
synergistic
effects
on
obesity
compared
mono-strain
ones.
Methods
The
purpose
this
study
was
investigate
anti-obesity
effect
new
probiotic
formation
contained
plantarum
L14,
paracasei
L9,
rhamnosus
GG,
sakei
X-MRS-2,
designated
L-PPRS.
Multi-strain
L-PPRS
shown
better
antiadipogenic
than
in
3T3-L1

There
is
a
growing

evidence

Anthocyanins
have
gained
significant
popularity
in
recent
years
for
their
diverse
health
benefits,
yet
limited
bioavailability
poses

concern,
technologies

Background
Non-alcoholic
fatty
liver
disease
(NAFLD)
is
the
most
prevalent
cause
of
chronic
worldwide,
and
gut
microbes
are
associated
with
development
progression
NAFLD.
Despite
numerous
studies

changes
in
NAFLD,
there
was
no
consistent
pattern
changes.
Method
We
retrieved
on
human
fecal
microbiota
sequenced
by
16S
rRNA
gene
amplification
NAFLD
from
NCBI
database
up
to
April
2023,
re-analyzed
them
using
bioinformatic
methods.
Results

screened
12
relevant

included
a
total
1,189
study
subjects
(NAFLD,
n
=
654;
healthy
control,
398;
obesity,
137).
Our
results
revealed
significant
decrease
microbial
diversity
occurrence
(SMD
−0.32;
95%

Abstract
Ulcerative
colitis
(UC)
is
a
complex
inflammatory
disease
of
colorectum
that
induces
abnormal
immune
responses
and
severely
affects
the
quality
life
patients.
Grape
seed
proanthocyanidin
extract
(GSPE)
exerts
anti‐inflammatory
antioxidant
functions
in
many
diseases.
The
objective
this
study
was
to
investigate
potential
therapeutic
effects
underlying
mechanisms
GSPE
UC
using
dextran
sodium
sulfate
(DSS)‐induced
mouse
model
lipopolysaccharide
(LPS)‐stimulated
RAW264.7
macrophage
