Abstract Exposure to ambient air pollution has significant adverse health effects; however, whether is associated with urological cancer largely unknown. We conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis epidemiological studies, showing that 5 μg/m 3 increase in PM 2.5 exposure 6%, 7%, 9%, increased risk of overall urological, bladder, kidney cancer, respectively; 10 NO 2 linked 3%, 4%, 4% higher prostate respectively. Abstract Hepatitis B virus (HBV) may integrate into the genome of infected cells and contribute to hepatocarcinogenesis. However, role HBV integration in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development remains unclear. In this study, we apply a high-throughput sequencing approach that allows sensitive identification sites enumeration clones. Abstract Background Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RA), a member of the IL-1 family, has diverse roles in cancer development. However, role IL-1RA oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), particular underlying mechanisms, remains to be elucidated. Methods Tumor tissues from OSCC patients were assessed for protein expression by immunohistochemistry. Patient survival was evaluated Kaplan–Meier curve analysis.
