Immune abnormality involves in various diseases, such as infection, allergic autoimmune well transplantation. Several signal pathways have been demonstrated to play a central role the immune response, including JAK/STAT, NF-κB, PI3K/AKT-mTOR, MAPK, and Keap1/Nrf2/ARE pathway, which multiple targets used develop immunosuppressive agents. In recent years, varieties of agents approved for clinical use, JAK inhibitor tofacitinib mTOR everolimus, shown good therapeutic effects. Additionally, many are still trials or preclinical studies. this review, we classified according immunopharmacological mechanisms, summarized phase

The most common malignancy in women is breast cancer. During the development of cancer, oncogenic transcription factors facilitate overproduction inflammatory cytokines and cell adhesion molecules. Antiapoptotic proteins are markedly upregulated cancer cells, which promotes tumor development, metastasis, survival. Promising findings have been found studies on cycle-mediated apoptosis pathway for medication treatment. Dietary phytoconstituents studied great detail their potential to prevent by triggering body’s defense mechanisms. underlying mechanisms action may be clarified considering role polyphenols important signaling pathways. Phenolic acids, flavonoids, tannins, coumarins, lignans, lignins, naphthoquinones, anthraquinones, xanthones, stilbenes examples natural chemicals that being anticancer drugs. These substances also vital This review focuses innovations study polyphenol genistein’s effects cells presents integrated chemical biology methods harness therapeutic advances.

Dietary polyphenol treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a novel direction, and the existing clinical studies have little effective evidence for its therapeutic effect, some inconsistent results. The effectiveness dietary polyphenols in NAFLD still controversial. aim this study was to evaluate efficacy oral patients with NAFLD.The literature (both Chinese English) published before 30 April 2022 PubMed, Cochrane, Medline, CNKI, other databases on searched. Manual screening, quality assessment, data extraction search results were conducted strictly according inclusion exclusion criteria. RevMan 5.3 software used perform meta-analysis.The RCTs included involved supplementation eight (curcumin, resveratrol, naringenin, anthocyanin, hesperidin, catechin, silymarin, genistein) 2,173 participants. This systematic review meta-analysis found that 1) curcumin may decrease body mass index (BMI), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Alanine (ALT), Triglycerides (TG) total cholesterol (TC), Homeostasis Model Assessment-Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR) compared placebo; does not increase occurrence adverse events. 2) Although all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) did reveal significant positive changes, individual showed meaningful 3) Naringenin significantly decreased percentage grade, TG, TC, low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) increased high-density (HDL-C) but had no effect AST ALT, it safe supplementation. 4) Only one team presents protocol about anthocyanin (from Cornus mas L. fruit extract) NAFLD. 5) Hesperidin BMI, AST, HOMA-IR, so on. 6) Catechin TG level, well tolerated by patients. 7) Silymarin improving ALT reducing hepatic fat accumulation stiffness patients.Based current evidence, can reduce enzymes, insulin resistance; catechin resistance, effectively; silymarin enzymes. For more are needed further their safety.

With the increasing prevalence of cancer and toxic side effects synthetic drugs, natural products are being developed as promising therapeutic approaches. Gracillin is a naturally occurring triterpenoid steroidal saponin with several activities. It obtained major compound from different Dioscorea species. This review was designated to summarize research progress on anti-cancer activities gracillin focusing underlying cellular molecular mechanisms, well its pharmacokinetic features. The data were collected (up date May 1, 2023) various reliable authentic literatures comprising PubMed, Springer Link, Scopus, Wiley Online, Web Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar. findings demonstrated that displays anticancer through including anti-inflammatory effects, apoptotic cell death, induction oxidative stress, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, cycle arrest, anti-proliferative effect, autophagy, inhibition glycolysis, blocking migration. Additionally, this highlighted features gracillin, indicating lower oral bioavailability. As conclusion, it can be proposed could serve hopeful chemotherapeutic agent. However, further extensive clinical recommended establish safety, efficacy, potential in treatment.

Cancer refers to the proliferation and multiplication of aberrant cells inside human body, characterized by their capacity proliferate infiltrate various anatomical regions. Numerous biochemical pathways signaling molecules have an impact on cancer auto biogenesis process. The regulation crucial cellular processes necessary for cell survival proliferation, which are triggered phytochemicals, is significantly influenced pathways. These or components regulated phytochemicals. Medicinal plants a significant reservoir diverse anticancer medications employed in chemotherapy. effects phytochemicals mediated several methods, including induction apoptosis, cessation cycle, inhibition kinases, prevention carcinogenic substances. This paper analyzes phytochemistry seven prominent plant constituents, namely, alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, terpenoids, saponins, focusing involvement MAPK/ERK pathway, TNF signaling, death receptors, p53, p38, actin dynamics. Hence, this review has examined range encompassing structural characteristics potential mechanisms. It underscored significance plant-derived bioactive compounds cancer, utilizing molecular In addition, endeavor also seeks incentivize scientists carry out clinical trials derived from plants.
