In Indonesia, there is a significant gap between the skills, creativity, innovation abilities, and job awareness of college graduates as well demands modern workforce. This originates from curriculum learning design that has not kept pace with rapidly evolving needs society. an era characterized by digitalization rapid development technology, content, infrastructure, human, environmental resources, it essential to create open pervasive environment (PLE). Therefore, this research aimed describe process determine feasibility validity PLE model integrated formal informal cooperative social learning. Research Development (R&D) for Education was adopted in study following phases analysis, design, development, evaluation (ADDIE). Education is a pivotal pillar in modern society, and technology has brought about major changes how students learn. Online learning becoming an increasingly popular form of education, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out. This pioneering study evaluates the digital divide and advances in virtual education (VE) e-learning research Global South Countries (GSCs). Using metadata from bibliographic World Bank data on development (R&D), we conduct quantitative bibliometric performance analyses evaluate connection between R&D expenditures VE/e-learning GSCs. The results show that ‘East Asia Pacific’ (EAP) spent significantly more (R&D) achieved highest scientific literature publication (SLP), with significant impacts. Other GSCs’ expenditure was flat until 2020 (during COVID-19), when funding increased, achieving a corresponding 42% rise SLPs. About 67% of ‘Arab States’ (AS) SLPs 60% citation impact came produced global north other GSCs regions, indicating high dependence. Also, 51% high-impact were ‘Multiple Country Publications’, mainly non-GSC institutions, collaboration impact. EAP, AS, ‘South Asia’ (SA) regions experienced lower disparity. In contrast, less developed countries (LDCs), including ‘Sub-Sahara Africa’, ‘Latin America Caribbean’, ‘Europe (Eastern) Central Asia’, showed few dominant higher divides. We advocate for increased educational to enhance innovative GSCs, especially LDCs.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused a sudden shift to virtual platforms. Physical distance and limited experience with both synchronous asynchronous teamwork at work school hampered problem-solving the development of critical thinking skills. Under these circumstances, implementation team-based problem-based learning (TBL, PBL, respectively) required reevaluation how teams collaborate engage in remotely. research team conducted systematic review identify health services studies, themes, attributes initiatives associated success TBL PBL during pandemic. This was using preferred reporting items for reviews meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. results identified three themes services: (1) have transformed education modified (mTBL) (mPBL) as new norms; (2) amplification age-appropriate principles professional motivation healthcare; (3) active impacts practical abilities future leadership roles. underscored importance flexibility, resilience, innovation approaches education. The traditional educational system, in certain aspects, limits personalized learning. This is mainly evident the fact that average students, who do not have any learning difficulties, are required to solve same tasks from textbook order. Artificial intelligence and other smart tools present great opportunities for implementing a system. Our previous surveys literature reviews also show educators see greatest potential education assimilation of artificial into education. In this context, we developed software called “Learn with M.E. as Math Educator”, which facilitates more teaching basic mathematical operations. study presents structure operation application. We tested usability several institutions. research target group consists elementary school specifically those aged 11–15. article provides detailed overview accuracy outcomes completed evaluated application its effectiveness using both qualitative quantitative methods. design combined elements technology development assessment. This research aims to prove the effectiveness of a context-aware ubiquitous learning model through case method and team-based projects in enhancing knowledge construction skills students regarding instructional media. In this analysis, quasi-experimental posttest-only control group design was used, with subjects comprising 62 students. These were subsequently split into experimental groups 32 30 participants, respectively. This study investigates the implementation of Case Method and Team-Based Project learning approaches within context Geography Education Department's cultural political geography courses at Universitas Negeri Medan. These methods, relevant to Merdeka Belajar - Kampus (MBKM) program, aim enhance student skills through active, applied learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, research gathered data via questionnaires distributed Google Forms sample 67 students out total population 454 from 2019-2022 academic cohorts. Findings indicate that duration required for varies with complexity cases, ranging 15-30 minutes simpler issues over 60 more intricate problems.
