Results included 401 studies, representing 458 754 participants across 58 countries. Pooled depression 28.5% (95%CI: 26.3-30.7), anxiety 28.7% 26.5-31.0), PTSD 25.5% 22.5-28.5), alcohol substance use disorder 25.3% 13.3-39.6) insomnia 24.4% 19.4-29.9). Prevalence rates were stratified by physicians, nurses, allied health, support staff students, which varied considerably. There significantly higher women, those working high-risk units providing direct care. Limitations Majority used self-report measures reflected rather than actual diagnosis.
