In this study, we investigated role psychological resilience in mediating relationship between positive self-perceptions aging (SPA) and subjective (SWB) community-dwelling Taiwan during pandemic. We collected data through face-to-face interviews conducted from October 2021 to February 2022, involving 1,095 participants aged 50 years or above residing southern city Taiwan. More than half study were female, 65 older, had less high school education. two thirds married and/or living with partners. third more noncommunicable diseases. calculated scores for SWB, SPA, examined correlations among outcome predictor variables. Our findings indicated that higher SPA was significantly associated better SWB association mediated by resilience. Specifically, after controlling covariates, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis revealed main effect on (b = 0.412, β 0187, p < 0.001 ), while bootstrap mediation showed statistically indirect via (0.597, 95% CIs [0.445, 0.749], id="M2">p ). These highlight potential importance cultivating implementing resilience-centered interventions promote Chinese community.
