Purpose:

Abstract
Introduction
Turnover
intention
among
nurses
has
risen
in
an
alarming
rate
since
the
onset
of
pandemic.
There
are
various
underlying
factors
to
turnover
intention.
The
present
study
aims
determine
effect
a

nurses’
professional-turnover
through
two
modulators

over
COVID-19
