Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic certainly had a negative impact on hospitality workers. With the recent recovery, goal of research was to assess hotel employees' intentions for career progression as well their reskilling improve employability. Materials and Methods: population is made up employees from all throughout Kenya, including those working in food beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, front office departments. respondents were 394 who taken refresher courses. sampling techniques used purposive technique. Due to the rising appeal of travel, as well appearance low-cost carriers that fly both popular and exotic destinations, people nowadays tend book their accommodation through more convenient flexible sharing economy platforms. The success such platforms among consumers depends on various factors, satisfaction platform credibility, sustainable performance contributors, increasing relevance visibility. This research proposes a conceptual model for measuring in tourism, based added value, unique experience, enhanced social interactions, together with credibility performance. In this vein, authors conduct an empirical investigation emerging market—Romania—where development is still its infancy. Abstract Introduction Turnover intention among nurses has risen in an alarming rate since the onset of pandemic. There are various underlying factors to turnover intention. The present study aims determine effect a number mental on nurses’ professional-turnover through two modulators stress and resilience over COVID-19 period. Methods current cross-sectional was conducted at three hospitals Khuzestan Province, southern Iran, during winter 2021. To collect data, given restrictions place period, web link electronic self-reported questionnaires (including general health, workload, work-family conflict, resilience, job stress, corona fear, intention) were sent 350 e-mail other social media (WhatsApp Telegram). Accordingly, they asked complete questionnaire rest periods within weeks. Totally, 300 people (85% participation) filled out questionnaires. Finally, model constructed Amos software. Results results showed that four independent parameters decreasing increasing WFCs fear can indirectly increase by stress. Among these variables, highest indirect coefficient related health parameter (-0.141). also demonstrated negative correlation between with lower raising and, consequently, quit job. Conclusion Mental affecting intension identified this path analysis. Therefore, it is recommended required resilience-enhancing measures be taken nursing administrations reduce psychological pressures caused mentioned variables aim minimizing job-related fostering nurse retention.

Purpose Career adaptability is emerging as an important research area in today's uncertain, volatile world of work created by the COVID-19 pandemic. The present study focuses on career post-COVID-19 scientifically capturing literature evolution, hotspots and future trends using bibliometric analysis.
