Tutors in higher education are receiving and responding to student disclosures that include racism, anxiety, loneliness, legal disputes, family upheavals, physical, emotional, mental health, bereavement, battles, harassment. In many cases, this caring aspect of the tutor role is not acknowledged, allocated time job descriptions, or accurately remunerated. This qualitative study explored how tutors experienced managed disclosures, personal professional impact believed they could be better supported. Data was collected from two cohorts participants tutoring at a University Aotearoa New Zealand. using interviews questionnaires analysed by reflexive thematic analysis. Background: Mental health problems, especially in Generation Z, are currently an important issue to be addressed. Abstract Background Due to the high prevalence of mental health issues among university students worldwide, canine-assisted therapy (CAT) has emerged as a potential intervention reduce student stress and anxiety. This study systematically reviews meta-analyzes effects CAT on reducing anxiety levels students. Methods A systematic search was conducted across multiple databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in English Chinese including Google Scholar, Duke Libraries, APA PsychNet, PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang, focusing RCTs. Only studies utilizing professionally trained dogs handlers sessions were included. Data extracted independently by two reviewers (SS ZL), risk bias assessed using Cochrane Risk-of-Bias tool. Effect sizes (Hedges’ g) pooled individual outcomes random-effects meta-analysis. Statistical analyses, subgroup analyses examining impact duration, determine overall effect size explore moderators. Results Thirteen RCTs met inclusion criteria, involving interventions with varying durations control conditions. Kurangnya wawasan akan tersebut berakibat ketidakpekaan individu maupun masyarakat bagaimana kondisi mencegahnya untuk mengurangi prevalensi. Ditemukan bahwa saat indivdu cenderung tidak terbuka peka terhadap masing-masing dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan kesadaran pentingnya seberapa berbahayanya itu sendiri. Mereka menemukan ruang aman berdiskusi tempat berlindung dihadapi sehingga lebih memilih memendamnya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif bertujuan hasil eksplorasi mendalam bahasan ini. Pada akhirnya peran sangat penting dalam pembentukan norma, persepsi kolaborasi penanganan menjelang dewasa dibutuhkan aktif dari seluruh lapisan menanggulangi memberikan dapat dipercaya bagi mahasiswa mengkomunikasikan diderita atau awal permasalahan berpotensi menghasilkan mental.
