Abstract
Unlike
aged
somatic
cells,
which
exhibit
a
decline
in
molecular
fidelity
and
eventually
reach
state
of
replicative
senescence,
pluripotent
stem
cells
can
indefinitely
replenish
themselves
while
retaining
full
homeostatic
capacity.
The
conferment
beneficial-pluripotency

traits
via
vivo
partial
cellular
reprogramming
(IVPR)

extends
lifespan

aging
phenotypes

models.

Abstract

Abstract
Blastoids—blastocyst-like
structures
created
in
vitro—emerge

model

embryonic

Non-human
primates
stem
cell-derived
blastoids
are
an
ethically
viable
alternative
to
human
counterparts,
yet
the
low
formation
efficiency
of
monkey
blastoid
cavities,
