Probiotics

benefits
when
consumed
appropriately.

Age-related
changes
in
intestinal
microbiome
composition
and
function
are
increasingly
recognized
as
pivotal

complex
ecosystem
of
microorganisms,
plays
an
essential
role
in
maintaining
immune
and
metabolic
homeostasis.
Disruption
