Research background: This article discusses how artificial intelligence (AI) is affecting workers' personal and professional lives, because of many technological disruptions driven by the recent pandemic that are redefining global labor markets. Purpose article: The objective this paper to develop a systematic review relevant literature identify effects change, especially adoption AI in organizations, on employees’ skills (professional dimension) well-being (personal dimension). Methods: To implement research scope, authors relied Khan's five-step methodology, which included PRISMA flowchart with embedded keywords for selecting appropriate quantitative data study. The purpose of the study is to examine relationship between Competitive Pressure (CP), Top Management Commitment (TMC), Employee Adaptability (EA), External Support (ES), Organisation Readiness (OR) and Artificial Intelligence Adoption (AIA) among SMES operating in Sabah, Malaysia. By employing judgemental sampling a total 196 respondents were involved (i.e. owners or managers) varied SME sectors such as services, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, mining & quarrying. A survey questionnaire was used for data collection analysed using Smart PLS 4. results revealed that top management commitment organisation readiness have significant with AI adoption. However, competitive pressure, employee adaptability, external support an insignificant impact on This suggests organizations may benefit from focusing enhancing TMC OR practices improve Al outcomes. This study evaluates the effectiveness of traditional access control paradigms—Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy-Based (PBAC), and Attribute-Based (ABAC)—against ransomware threats in critical infrastructures examines potential benefits integrating machine learning (ML) artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Utilizing a quantitative research design, investigation collected data from 383 cybersecurity professionals across various sectors through systematically structured questionnaire. The questionnaire, which demonstrated excellent internal consistency with reliability score 0.81, featured Likert scale questions aimed at assessing perceptions experiences concerning efficacy different models combating ransomware. Employing multiple regression analysis, explored relationship between paradigms their capability to mitigate risks, while also considering impact awareness among employees. findings indicate that methods are less effective against dynamic nature attacks, primarily due static configurations.
