Background/Objectives:
Phloroglucinol
(PHL),
a
phenolic
compound
extracted
from
the
brown
alga
Rosenvingea
intricata,
exhibits
potent
antioxidant
and
anticancer
properties.

extract,
purify,
characterize
PHL,
further
develop
functionalized
zinc
oxide
nanoparticles
(ZnO
NPs)
loaded
with
PHL

its
