Abstract A sudden outbreak of the COVID‐19 pandemic was a big blow to world community on every level. Created by novel coronavirus, SARS‐CoV‐2, which previously unknown human immune system. The expert opinion almost immediately united fact that most effective way fighting would be building immunity artificially via mass immunization program. However, it took about year for approval first vaccine against COVID‐19. In meantime, part general population started adapting nutritious diet plans and dietary supplements boost natural as potential prophylactic strategy SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. Whether they originate from mainstream medicine, such synthetic supplements, or traditional herbal remedies in form single poly‐herbs, these may comprise various components exhibit immunomodulatory, anti‐inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial characteristics. There is substantial body predictions opinions suggesting enhancing one's with containing additional nutrients bioactive compounds like vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty phytochemicals, probiotics can enhance system's ability develop resistance COVID‐19, although none them have any conclusive evidence nor officially recommended World Health Organization (WHO). current review critically acclaims gap between public perception‐based preference real evidence‐based study weigh actual benefit relation prevention management.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused a severe epidemic due to acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Recent studies have found that patients do not completely recover from infections, but instead, suffer variety of post-acute sequelae SARS-CoV-2 infection, known as long COVID. The effects COVID can be far-reaching, with duration up six months and range symptoms such cognitive dysfunction, immune dysregulation, microbiota dysbiosis, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, myocarditis, pulmonary fibrosis, cough, diabetes, pain, reproductive thrombus formation. However, recent shown naringenin naringin palliative on various COVID-19 sequelae. Flavonoids naringenin, commonly in fruits vegetables, positive effects, including reducing inflammation, preventing viral providing antioxidants. This article discusses the molecular mechanisms clinical treating above diseases. It proposes them potential drugs for treatment COVID, it inferred exhibit extended medications, future likely serving nutraceuticals or supplements comprehensive alleviation manifestations complications.

Abstract The over use of chemical fertilizers and other synthetic inorganic agri-inputs has led to air pollution, groundwater contamination, soil organic matter loss, a decline in crop quality. Environmental sustainability declined as result agri-food production systems' over-reliance on agrochemicals. Nigella is one the important seed spices got place among top-ranked evidence-based herbal medicines. Many food pharmaceutical firms prefer products that are cultivated organically. Hence, an attempt been made towards sustainable nigella by amendments for nutrition. experiment comprised 14 treatments including control supply recommended dose nitrogen through amendments. holistic assessment results confirmed 100% (40 kg ha −1 ) alone application farmyard manure (8 t could be ideal amendment nutrition view optimum yield (923 ), harvest index (20.05%), (0.77) carbon (0.242%) tested arid semi-arid regions India. Practicing this, development goals achieved some extent. Besides, combined manure, vermi-compost neem-cake 33.3% each was found promising interest oil yield.

Background: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a novel that causes severe infection in the respiratory system. Since immune status plays an essential role combating COVID-19, herbal medicines, which have immunomodulatory effect, may help prevent and even treat COVID-19. Nigella sativa one of medicines with antiviral activities, its therapeutic effectiveness makes it promising add-on therapy for In addition, vitamin D3 has role, but effect supplementation SARS-CoV-2 still not well-known. Objective: This study aims to investigate effects as single supplemental therapies combination on viral clearance indicated by negative polymerase chain reaction alleviation symptoms during follow-up duration 14 days. Patients Methods: design was open-label randomized controlled clinical trial conducted at Respiratory Hospital Kobry El Qobba Armed Forces Medical Complex. total, 120 COVID-19 patients mild moderate were randomly assigned four groups, thirty each, follows: Group 1 received oral dose 900 mg through 450 soft gelatin capsules twice daily two weeks; 2 2,000 IU 1000-IU tablets given tablets, once daily; 3 same manner dosing previous groups; 4 control group. All groups standard infections management COVID-19’s symptoms. Results: –vitamin addition significantly contributed most symptoms: 50% free cough after 7 days, 70% showed absence fatigue 80% had no headache 5 90% rhinorrhea 86.7% dyspnea Moreover, studied reduced median temperature days treatment. Negative results (PCR) test recorded 7th 14th day superior arm compared those other arms where value odds ratio (OR) 0.13 95% CI: 0.03–0.45 0.09 0.02–0.3. Conclusion: this benefit administration Additionally, remarkable short time interval reduction severity progression recommended use patients. This study investigates potential natural products, specifically AH NSO, as organic therapeutic agents for colitis. Molecular docking studies were conducted identify binding affinities interaction mechanisms between bioactive compounds in NSO proteins implicated colitis, such those involved inflammation oxidative stress pathways. An vivo experiment was performed using albino mouse model with clinical symptoms, histopathological assessments, biochemical analyses evaluate both individually combination. Results from molecular revealed promising interactions fructose Prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 (Ptgs2) cellular tumor antigen p53, energy measured at -6.0 kcal/mol -5.1 kcal/mol, respectively. Meanwhile, presence glucose molecule glucokinase chain A (-6.3 kcal/mol) B (-5.8 indicated efficacy modulating Experimental data demonstrated treatment significantly reduced inflammation, improved gut health, ameliorated symptoms. Histopathological evaluations confirmed mucosal damage immune cell infiltration, while showed normalization markers levels. provides compelling evidence natural, complementary treatments suggesting their future role integrative strategies. However, further research into long-term safety, optimal dosing, action is warranted translate these findings applications.
