Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a heterogenous pathology with high incidence and mortality rates globally, but it also preventable so finding the most promising candidates (natural compounds or repurposed drugs) to be chemopreventive alternatives has become topic of interest in recent years. The present work aims elucidate potential effects combination between genistein (GEN), an isoflavone natural origin, aspirin (ASA) CRC prevention/treatment by performing vitro evaluation human colorectal cells (HCT-116) ovo analysis using chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model. The aim of this study is to evaluate if the alignment with 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA), measured by Healthy Eating Index 2020 (HEI-2020), associated colorectal cancer (CRC) risk in an Italian population. Despite an apparent increase in early-onset colorectal cancer (CRC) Saudi Arabia, with the majority of patients being diagnosed at advanced disease stage, no previous assessment knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) toward its dietary lifestyle-related risk factors has been reported. The aim this study was to investigate KAP levels respect these for CRC examine possible associations between studied variables among population. This cross-sectional involved 1,040 participants aged 18 years or older. Data were collected by convenience sampling via a self-administered online questionnaire Arabia June December 2023.
